What is the aim of the Circularity Check?
The Circularity Check helps companies to optimize their circular economy activities. They recieve a customized offer and benefit from the link to other services and offers from the CEV network.
Who is the Circularity Check suitable for?
Our assessment is tailored to the specific challenges of SMEs. However, it is also available for large companies.
The new service is aimed at companies at all stages of development – from newcomers to best-practice companies. We would be delighted if ambitious companies would like to work with us to further develop the Circularity Check.
Content of the Circularity Check
The Circularity Check analyzes the current status of your company in five dimensions:
- Strategy, purpose and qualification
- Processes, value chain and partnerships
- Product design and manufacturing
- Service life of products and components, infrastructure
- Reuse and end-of-life
Both the company level and specific product groups are analyzed. Together, we identify potential and suitable measures that are tailored to the respective priorities and expected impact.
How does the Circularity Check work?
At least two people from your company who are assigned to the topic of the circular economy should take part.
- Expression of interest: Contact us by e-mail or telephone to express your interest in the Circularity Check.
- Preliminary discussion: In a brief discussion, we will clarify your expectations, the time required and the benefits. We also check what previous knowledge you already have (e.g. 10-R principle, business models).
- Appointment: Together we will find a suitable date for the first check – online or on site.
- 1st appointment (approx. 2 hours): Carrying out the Circularity Check with an initial discussion of the results.
- 2nd appointment (approx. 2 hours): Follow-up appointment with presentation of the final results and discussion of the next steps.
Costs: Participation in the Circularity Check is free of charge.
